IDENTIFYING RECTANGLES

A Rectangle is a quadrilateral, having 4 sides, 4 corners, and 4 right angles (90°). The opposite sides of a rectangle are parallel and equal.

The diagonals bisect each other and also have the same length. If all the sides of a rectangle were the same size, it would be known as a square.
